What they are
Pulsar Providers are specially crafted addons to function with the Pulsar Video Addon. They are seperately installed, normal Kodi addons, and thus can be installed/updated/distributed just like any other addon.

Please do NOT contact steeve regarding providers connecting to illegal sources, for legal reasons he cannot comment on specific problems regarding illegal sources. He will however partake in general discussions regarding provider development.
