• Daily summary shows today's deficit or surplus: the evening notification uses logged calories and measured burn (Health Connect when available) to say whether the day landed in deficit, surplus, or on target, with eaten vs your calorie goal and net carbs when keto is on. Set the time under Settings → Notifications; off by default
• Estimate optional nutrient goals with AI on demand: Settings → Other Nutrient Goals now has an Estimate with AI button that fills sugar, fiber, sodium, vitamins, and the other optional goals from your profile and calorie target. It only runs when you tap it, and Recalculate leaves these values alone
• Lose goals stay at or above resting calories: formula, Recalculate, Adaptive, and onboarding never set a daily target below your estimated resting burn or 1,200 kcal; a faster weekly pace shrinks to fit that floor instead of a crash diet. You can still type a lower number after a confirm
• Adaptive Goals is a small weekly nudge: about once a week it now adjusts calories by at most 150 kcal from your recent weight trend, and only after about four weeks of weigh-ins. Locked calorie and macro rows stay as you set them
• On-device AI opens up to 6 GB phones: phones with about 6 GB of RAM now see the on-device option in Settings → AI Provider, and a failed engine start retries once before showing an error
• On-device model downloads resume after an interruption: the Gemma model file no longer restarts from zero when the connection drops or the download stalls, and running out of storage shows a clear error
• Coach average matches the Progress chart: a full coach analysis uses the average of days you actually logged, not empty days before you started, and Progress Avg skips today
• Recalculate returns as soon as calories and macros are ready: it no longer waits on a second AI call for optional nutrients, which could stall for minutes
